MSF Description of DirtBike School (DBS)

DBS is a one-day training course conducted off-road on enduro motorcycles, intended for riders interested in recreational trail riding. Content includes riding skills development, risk management and environmental awareness. Having ff-road skills can also enhance the on-road riding experience. Available at KCRTC--- Closed Range Exercise (CRE) course provides training at a controlled off-road area with an emphasis on safety and skill development. Students learn basic techniques for safely riding off-highway motorcycles. Participants are required to wear proper protective gear: long sleeves, long pants, full-fingered gloves, over-the-ankle footwear, D.O.T. approved helmet, and goggles. It is recommended that students use their own motorcycle but loan units can be available if prior arrangements are made. The cost for this course is $100.00.

We offer the Closed Range Exercises at the present time. However, you have the opportunity to ride the hundreds of miles of trails on your dirtbike that are adjacent to the training facility. To register for the DirtBike School Course choose your desired date and time, then call 606--233--0080 for availability. Class enrollment is limited so call early.
